Step One: Click on the box next to Member ID. Enter your Member ID into the box. The Member ID is usually the employee's Social Security Number or Employee ID.

Step Two: Next, you may either press the tab key on your keyboard, or click on the box next to Member Zip Code. Enter your five digit Zip Code into the box.

Step Three: When all boxes are filled, click on the tab marked LOGIN.
